Shipping policy
Shipping within Australia
- Standard shipping: $10, or free on orders of $150 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: $15. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
All Australian shipping prices and the free-shipping threshold are in AUD. Free standard shipping is based on your order total after any discounts.
When your order ships
Every order is packed by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days, and we’ll email you tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
International shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
International shipping is charged at the equivalent of AUD $20, converted and displayed in your local currency at checkout.
We send overseas orders with Australia Post International Standard.

These are estimated delivery times between major metropolitan areas, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing is additional, and deliveries to regional or rural areas may take longer.

Delivery service updates
As at 21 October 2026, Australia Post advises of delays affecting Italy, the United Kingdom and the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates. Some European routes may also be affected by disruptions through Middle Eastern transit hubs.

Duties and taxes
Our international retail prices are set with expected import duties, taxes and customs charges in mind. Carlo the Label will use a sender-paid shipping service and pay the relevant import duties and taxes on your behalf when your order is lodged for international delivery.
This means you should not be required to pay additional duties or taxes when your parcel arrives.
Import charges vary by destination and may depend on the value of your order, the products being imported and local customs regulations.
If you are asked by a carrier or customs authority to pay an additional duty or tax on delivery, please email hello@carlothelabel.com before making payment so we can review the charge with you.
Please note that duties, taxes and other import charges paid by Carlo the Label on your behalf are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Please see our Return and refund policy for full details.

Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can’t change it once your order has been dispatched.
